Assessing the Clients considerations: SME’s use vendor drawings and narratives to quickly assess the clients situation and concerns, to produce and help write procedures. Engineering PDF’s, P&ID’s are used to provide narratives specific to the project and deliver REV 1 documentation for the following: Startup Procedures, Normal Operating Procedures, and Daily Operations Instructions for Operators and Maintenance personnel.
Staying current: Existing and /or previously provided documentation are vetted and thoroughly reviewed in order to ensure all are current and correct.
Document control: Understanding the importance of document control, we incorporate client reviews and comments to ensure the review moves efficiently to the next revision towards completion. Field staff can be provided to help with the validation process, if required.
